Sign up for seasonal promotions. OpenTable creates unique webpages to list restaurants open on certain holidays and to highlight their special menus. These pages are SEO optimized and promoted on OpenTable’s website and in emails to guests. It’s a great, FREE way to support your holiday marketing!


Set up a FREE mobile website. More and more customers are relying on smartphones to figure out where they are going to eat. A website that isn’t mobile-friendly can ruin the chance to hook those tech-savvy customers. OpenTable members can create a mobile version of their website at no cost – take advantage!


Sign up for Ongoing Promos. Much like the seasonal promotions, OpenTable maintains an Ongoing Promos page for a number of different categories, like weekend brunch, outdoor dining, and artisan cocktails. If your restaurant features something unique, use Ongoing Promos to tell the world!


Set up “Thank You” and “We Miss You” emails in Fishbowl. Thanks to Fishbowl’s partnership with OpenTable, you can set up “Thank You” and “We Miss You” emails to be sent automatically from Fishbowl to guests who have dined at your restaurant. The “Thank You” emails hit your guests’ inbox two days after dining, and the “We Miss you” emails go out four months after their last reservation. It’s a great way to trigger a repeat visit, and it’s exclusive to customers of Opentable and Fishbowl!
